What the numbers say
Aggregate figures for the whole platform, read live from the production database, plus the transparency documents that explain how CharitMe actually operates.
Platform figures
Read from the production database within the last fifteen minutes.
How these figures are produced
What the figures count
Total raised counts completed donations only — not pledges, not pending payments, and not refunded gifts. Campaign counts are live campaigns visible to the public.
When they were measured
These figures are read directly from the production database and refreshed at most every fifteen minutes. They are not manually curated, and nothing is rounded up.
What we do not publish
We do not publish per-campaign donor identities, individual donation amounts tied to a person, or any figure we cannot derive from the database. Where a number is unavailable, this page shows a dash rather than a zero.
Transparency documents
The standing reports on how the platform is run. These are maintained pages rather than dated PDFs, so they reflect current practice.
Transparency report
Our fee model, how donor money is held and moved, and what we do with data.
Trust & safety
How campaigns are reviewed, what gets one removed, and how to report a concern.
Fees, in full
Every charge a donor or fundraiser can encounter, including processing rates by payment method.
Security
How accounts, payments, and personal data are protected.
Supported countries
Where CharitMe can currently accept donations and pay out.
Impact education
How to read impact claims critically — including ours.
Requesting data
Researchers, journalists, and partner organisations can request aggregate data we do not publish here.
We will share aggregate, de-identified figures where doing so does not risk identifying an individual donor or fundraiser. We do not share personal data. Get in touch through the contact page and describe what you are trying to measure.
See it at campaign level
Every campaign has its own transparency ledger showing what was raised and what it went to.
